Fixation and anesthesia: The skin is fixed around the puncture point with the non-dominant hand (usually the left hand), and the bone marrow puncture needle is taken with the dominant hand (usually the right hand). If necessary, give adequate anesthesia from skin to periosteum.

Puncture: Take the forearm and the bone marrow puncture needle as an axis, and turn it back to the key, and slowly pressure into the bone marrow to prevent excessive pressure. Post-operative treatment: After the piercing is complete, small pieces of wax are used to seal the bone holes to ensure the integrity of the model.
